We only had an overnight stay arriving at midnight. The room was terrible - mold everywhere in the bathroom, window wouldn't close facing the main road, and morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Half the breakfast area was plates of jams, cheese and olive. The room was tiny with no night stand or anything inbetween 3 twin beds from wall to wall. Overall a very disappointing stay for the high price we paid.

The hotel was clean, good breakfast and close to the train station and bus station. Easy to access public transport to Pamukkale.

This hotel was my choice because of SPA, I love to try SPAs in all hotels where I go, and this was the worst one. It's not stated that SPA is not included in price so I wasn't able to try this one. It was a disappointment.
