the first room was discussing. they moved me to another room that was not much better. the bathroom was discussing and the towels looked like they had not been cleaned just hung out to dry. It's cheap and so it should be. the lift keeped stopping the hot water ran out or just did not work at all. The pics do not rep the hotel at all. if you can pay the extra few baht go somewhere else

They over booked the hotel meaning there was no room for me on nye, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful in trying to help me find another hotel, which was difficult on New Year’s Eve

The overall experience was terrible, the bathroom was very dirty and everything was falling apart, honestly I don't understand why this place is open.

Definitely needs to be upgraded, my first room smelled so bad I had to change rooms, and there beds are like sleeping on card board
