තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

This place needs upgrade of room amenities as per todays hotel standards of similar atleast similar price range. Example: Need following in rooms to meet the standard: smart TV in rooms, tea bags in the room and not just at lounge, comforter on bed not just sheets, and pool needs to be warmer. This hotel looked 4 star in picture but had 2 star vibe and stay experience.

Pros: LOCATION Walk straight down to the Boardwalk or Downtown. Cons: This room needs a deeeeeep clean. The floor, the desk chair, and the bed were not clean.

Run down property. Our room was filthy and sheets were stained so bad. Left within a few hours of checking in. Do not recommend

I call to see about an early check in (3:00) Was told maybe… Arrived onsite ask to see if room was ready was told maybe 3:00 or 3:30 At 3:45 asking room was ready was told very rudely by manager that it wasn’t Finally check in at 10:00pm after our event went to room was woken up at 11:30 by a guess who was book the same room Is was one of the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had… will not recommend this hotel to NO ONE VERY VERY UNSATISFIED

Phone In the room wasn't working, in the Expedia web page said that they offer breakfast and that is not true. Hotel doesn't offered any breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised that this place had both excellent prices and maintained good quality service. Will be back :)

this place was a dump. avoid at all costs-scary

Super clean, easy check in.

Room had dirt and sand on the floor when I arrived, as well as old urine still on the toilet seat which had been broken. I had to ask the front desk for a dust pan and broom to sweep it myself. There was mold above the shower head and on the walls of the bathroom. Our plugs next to the bed did not work, and the soap in the shower was half used and not hung up on the wall. I was never offered another room, or help from staff to get my current room cleaned. The communication and urgency to guests was awful and the walls and ceiling of the rooms are very thin. I could hear the kids above us running back and forth in the morning at 6 am. The neighbor hood and area it’s in is sketchy and I would not recommend leaving any type of valuables in whatever car of choice you decide to bring there. Parking is small and compact. If you drive a truck do not even attempt to go in. Will not ever recommend to anyone. I would only recommend this property to someone I disliked secretly.
