හොඳයි The staff were very friendly and eager to please. It would have been nicer to have an extra towel or two. I There was no soap or shampoo or the like, or a telephone. The one thing I had a real problem with was the presence of cockroaches. I was awoken in the middle of the night when one was crawling on me, and I slew three of them in the bathroom.

නියමයි This hotel is not in a beautiful location but close to the airport and located on EDSA close to an MRT rail station. Lots of jeeps and busses passing too.
Hopefully the roof garden restaurant will be improved ( staff say it will be soon).

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Entrance not obvious on side. Hotel at busy dusty big inconvenient road. No lift, have to walk up lots of stairs. Inconvenient for tourists with baggage. Room not very clean and smelly. Room small. Aircon noisy, hallway noisy.
