තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The room had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival. The window blinds did not properly cover the windows, allowing people outside to see into the room, which was a privacy concern. There was no prior notice about the parking fee, and I was surprised to be charged at check-in. The air conditioning unit appeared to have not been cleaned or had its filter replaced for a long time. It seemed to be the source of the unpleasant smell throughout the room. Overall, these issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

The rooms are tile floor which is find but the flooring was really old scratched up and in a lot parts stained and discolored especially in the bathroom where it felt gross to walk barefoot, the towels had other people hair on it, parking was an extra 11.22$ a day, the window shades don’t fully cover the windows and our room was on the public street side so anyone could walk up and peak into your room, the room had a really weird mildew smell, the bed comforter was really thing the pillows were old and really flat, there were stains on the mattress and some pillow cases, I could find no physical staff they only had a kiosk with a person on virtual call which was odd.

No hay nadie en la recepción, tardan en contestar de manera virtual cobran por parking.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and they didn’t clean the room not even once.

The maid service only spoke Spanish nut overall was a nice place to stay

When you rely on Expedia you expect to get what you see in pictures and reviews. This was a complete fabrication. No desk attendent, virtual check in, never seen before. Rooms looked nothing like pictures!! Safety latched ripped off door. Unsafe environment, just very disappointing. We took our bags and left. Now trying to get refund
