This was my 19th stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang and it never disappoints. Most of my stays have been with wife and daughter and it is like a second home for us. The facilities and restaurants are outstanding. But the charm to this hotel are the amazing staff. Their warmth and professionalism. They always anticipate your needs and provide the best experience. We will always chose Holiday Inn Cikarang whenever we visit. Thank you!

Somehow a smoking room was arranged although Hotels.com interface does not specify. Duty Manager Ms Dini and Ms Tasia were so flexible that they arranged a non smoking room for me. I really appreciate their flexible arrangement and willingness to help!

It’s a pleasant stay and counter staff provided good service. The air conditioning in the room is not that cooling but overall, it’s okay as not hot. The hotel doesn’t have restaurants nearby , so we dined in their restaurants. Food wise is okay.

Surrounding environment is not convenient but the property itself is great. Towels are not properly exchanged and there is no tissue box, but other than that I am content with it.

As always, the family had a great time. One setback though was a drained pool, maintenance we guess. In any case, our backup plan @ Lippo Waterboom was just as fun. Until next time👍👏
