නියමයි Nice place, close to the train/bus station. Staff is very friendly; their English is a little bit limited but good enough to make it work. You can rent bikes for a little cheaper than the rental places around the train station. They're not especially nice bikes, but they'll get the job done -- I managed to ride to Shikisai no Oka and Shirogane Blue Pond with it (about 40km round trip). Rooms are basic but comfortable. Overall, good value for the money.

- Easy to get to the house if you know the way to get it.
- The house is clean. Both hot and cold water are provided.
- Unfortunately, street lamp is not sufficient. It is not good to walk in the street at night.
