This is a lovely old school hotel. we loved every moment here - our first time in Istanbul and this place made it magical. always something to see from the terrace. hope to return soon.

Everything was excellent, except the shower. It needs a full enclosure, which could be retrofitted with a sliding glass door. The related opportunity for improvement is the shower controls, which aren’t marked to show hot and cold (right controls) and wand / off / rainshower head ( left controls). Fix these and all are 5S.

this was an old hotel that they have kept in really good shape. We had a view of the bay and each afternoon we could go up on the roof and there was incredible view of the complete bay old town area. In the morning there was a breakfast buffet that was just so great so many options and this was a great place to stay thank you to the staff.

Great situation near seafront with wonderful open top terrace to enjoy the view. Good clean comfortable accommodation.

A blend of the old and the new! Good location in Sultanhamet- close to the major sights but away from hustle of the centre. Near tram stop too and boat pier. Thanks to Merck too on front desk. Lovely roof terrace with amazing views of the blue mosque

The hotel decor was a little dated, but that was the only complaint. It was on a quiet street, right by all the tourist attractions you'd want without all of the bustle. The staff was incredibly kind. The rooftop bar was really nice. We were unable to make it to the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is really pretty and the view was amazing. The location is perfect and the staff very nice. Breakfast was good every day with lots of choices. The location is perfect for wandering to find food for dinner. There were Zillions of restaurants nearby. It was really fun.
