Our family had an amazing stay at MIMARU! The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and perfect for families. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their customer service was truly outstanding—they were always patient, helpful, and happy to answer our questions.

Super family friendly. Beds were comfy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Love the humidifier in the room and laundry on site was a big plus.

The hotel is very conveniently located near many train stations. It is also close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Mimaru was a best match to our family of 6. We all got to stay in 1 unit with 6 twin beds and had 2 dining table. Very spacious with a kitchen. Laundry room on the ground level by the elevator.

This hotel is near a metro/subway station. Conveniently located however it’s also located near the red light district. The hotel room felt not very clean (dust) and was a little dark due to the black walls. It was spacious for a group of 7. Not a lot of space to store things but we used the counter to put our things on. There are two small, dark closets. For the price I would probably look elsewhere. Laundry on the first floor which is a plus.
