Very limited access to the shower due to the door not opening wide enough. Poorly designed bathroom.

We booked with Expedia and when we arrived in Rome the directions take you to an unmanned office across the street from the actual hotel
Very confusing especially if you don’t speak Italian

Easy location to find from the main train station and smooth check in process. The room was classy, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the morning coffee that was offered.
