The hotel is ideally located— in the heart of Kensington, a short walk to Museum row and Kensington Palace, and just steps away from the underground ( with service via the Picadilly line direct to Heathrow). A lovely, well appointed property. Excellent hot and cold breakfast, with a lot of choice.

No complaints whatsoever. Lovely little room, comfy bed. There was a heat wave for my visit and the AC did the job very well. Very nice and helpful staff, and the room was well tidied every day. Super convenient to Gloucester Road tube station.

We thought that the entire staff was both knowledgable and friendly. We received much needed help in making reservations to shows and dinners. The staff was so tech savie and never talked down to us! The breakfasts were perfect and we especially appreciated the made to order omelettes.
