Great stay. Only feedback is our door in room 223 was left ajar both times the cleaner had come and we were out all day.

Toaster and jug good for breakfast, but not enough utensils for proper cooking. There was an electric fry pan but we did not use it. Microwave was old but worked

Spa bath wasn't functioning, very basic deco, carpet was lifting up, felt like the whole room was a let down for the price I paid, cleaning staff are lovely and pretty helpful

Yes the room was clean. Both beds were like sleeping in hammocks. The edge of the shower was so high I wasn’t able to get into the shower.

Great location and wonderful views. The hotel itself needs refurbishment and is looking very tired. Our shower was a bit crazy too and ended up with lots of water on the floor. Food in restaurant was ok and staff really pleasant. Wouldn't stay again, we did as had a function there.

Our room was located ocean front but the view was obstructed by a private roller park business, noise from the road and some from equipment in the rooftop. All the furniture and carpets were very (VERY) dated. Furniture in bedrooms less than minimal. Blackout didn't full cover the window, installed Jacuzzi out of service. Insolation to hallway inexistent. Door locks are not commercial grade. The safe boxes were locked. Mattreses bottom quality.
