තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The location was convenient, but the self check-in process was frustrating and more complicated than it needed to be. The room had a strong musty smell that reminded us of mould and old socks, which made our stay much less comfortable than expected. I wonder if moisture had entered the room at some point. If have asthma, don't stay here. There were also a lot of mosquitoes inside the property, making it difficult to relax, especially at night. Unfortunately, we also experienced an issue with an older fixture that failed during normal use. We believe it was already at the end of its service life, but we were initially asked to pay a very high replacement cost. While the staff remained polite and professional throughout our communication, they were quite inflexible and it took many emails before a lower settlement was eventually accepted. Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations. The condition of the room, the difficult self check-in process and the way the maintenance issue was handled meant we would not choose to stay here again.

今次住在1樓，但樓上2樓住客在房內步行聲音好易會傳落去1樓我們房間內，影響睡眠

場所が寺の裏通りで分かりづらい。 フロントに誰もおらず、タブレットでチェックイン。 質問は電話で対応。

用意されていた布団がとても湿っていてとても不安でした… オペレーターの対応も、意思疎通が難しくフォロー体制もなかった点は残念でした。

인근 지하철역에서 도보로 10분정도이고 하카타역에서는 30분정도 거리에 있어서 접근은 어렵지 않아요. 체크인은 무인이고어렵지 않게 사용 할수있어요. 친구들끼리 왔었는데 어린 자녀들이 있으면 접근성이 좋지는 않네요.

聖福寺のすぐ近くで、すごく静か。博多の旧市街の雰囲気も良い。

また利用したいと思った

we are family of three towel used every day, but its difficult to wash it every time after we use. So if the hotel can offer change of clean towel, that would be good
