From the moment we walked in we knew our stay in Hilton Prague was going to be wonderful. Very friendly staff. Room was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. We were very thankful for the pool and air conditioning as we were visiting during the heatwave. But if I can rave about one thing, it must be the breakfast! It’s a must! So many delicious choices.

The hotel had construction right above our rooms and it starts really early and was very loud. Not relaxing at all. Absolutely no view from the rooms other than walls. Was awful.

Property was in a great location. Old Town locations were within easy walking distance from hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms were a good size. All that being said, an incident our last night had a negative impact on our experience. As we were walking back from dinner just across the street from the hotel, a deranged man attacked me and began chasing my wife and I. We didn’t have any injuries but it certainly shook us up. Staff were basically “there are people like that in big cities.” The hotel is near a tram station. From a safety perspective I would not return to this hotel.

Was a lovely stay and the staff were so attentive. Leena in particular was brilliant and so helpful. She ensured my stay was especially perfect. Location is brilliant and a very clean hotel.
