The check in process you need to tell them to not charge you for parking because they tried to attach me that bill without asking when i did not use their parking. You can park for free on the street. The view is ok if you get a higher floor than 8. The resort fee is outrageous because you dont want to use their pool or any other amenities that are not attractive to use. I rather go outside elsewhere.

We stay there Friday night and Saturday night and then we supposed to check it out on Sunday morning. Will we decide to stay one more night so I book the room for one more night we went to the beach all day and come back to check in 4:30 pm but Only problem I have this time my room wasn’t ready we have to wait for two hours to check in You know the check-in time is 4 pm our room was already till 6 pm We have to wait other than that I love that place just the second time I stay there and I can’t wait to stay again

The AC in our room would not go lower than 75. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The length of time it took for an elevator to come to my floor was sometimes 7 minuets long. I had to strip the entire bed and put all bedding and sheets by the door along with all of the towels or I would have been charged a fee. For the price I paid to stay here it was not worth it at all.

The rooms are super out dated, the kitchen chairs was so old they were peeling. We had to move rooms because the ac was broke. The carpet through out the building is shamefully old and dirty! The saving grace is the location. DO BETTER FLAGSHIP!

Experience was good. Sadly only 2 elevators were working. The wait for the elevator was exhausting !

This is somewhere that I stay often. I would like to try other places but my family loves it here and they don’t want to stay anywhere else. It’s kid friendly and family oriented. The pool is huge and has lots of seating for relaxation. The restaurant is amazing
