Great place to stay. Never felt unsafe. Staff was super friendly and accommodating with very little language barrier. Food and drinks were good. Beach access and pool access were very convenient. Gorgeous spot right on the best beach. We will definitely be back. We spent a week and checked out other potential places to stay and Ixchel was by far, the best choice.

Mother and two children beach vacationing. Safe, comfortable, friendly environment. The water and beach were clean and beautiful. Staff provided beach umbrellas and towels without problems. It was a very enjoyable place to stay.

I spent the best time of my life for my wife 60 years birthday. We went there with 23 members of our family. Stayed at the hotel. The pool and beach staff are incredible specially Julieta and Angel.

We loved being steps away from Playa Norte. The staff was amazing and helped us with all our needs. They even gave us a great recommendation for a snorkeling excursion. We will definite visit again!

The staff at Ixchel were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they cared about their guests needs. The decor was underwhelming but the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay at Ixchel.
