The staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport transfers and check-ins were swift. We had some issue with the bathroom on the first day, but was immediately resolved by moving us to another room. Set breakfasts were okay and there’s a variety of selections for those looking for meal options. Very conveniently located with easy access to Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark and SM. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping spots, which would make meet-ups easier.

The room was clean the shower was “hot” for us foreigners lol. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t eat dinner there but breakfast was nice and convenient. It’s not a buffet. The hotel itself shows its age in places but it’s still a very good solid 3.8 star hotel. I would recommend for sure. If booking here ask for a room not facing the main entrance as there is major construction work going on at night currently.
