තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Check-in staff rude. Dirty toilet in room

Private 6 bed room was dirty, with food debris in corner and no soap in dispensers. Asked to be cleaned on first day, never cleaned. Kitchen so dirty unusable during entire stay. Breakfast very basic for expensive price. Very hot rooms with no air con. Staff dismissed concerns. We did visit during F1 weekend but surely they would expect to be busy.

Room was functional but not the most comfortable. The real issue was the reception and checking in, I had to scan a QR code and register at reception, then the receptionist rudely asked me the same questions, I think he could have just read them off my passport that I handed to him in the first place. He then said I have to sleep in bed number 1, making me concerned I have booked a shared room... I was in a single room with one bed. Unneccessarily rude. I stayed in a few budget hotel brands this week and unfortunately this was the only one where I felt uncomfortable.

No curtains in the shower area, large windows for everyone to see you naked.

Very close to the Graz Train Station. We arrived at midnight and staff were great at welcoming us. The place was well decorated and stocked with snacks, beer, etc. in a nice and cozy lobby. Will definitely stay again when I need an early morning train.

Limpio, muy cerca a la estación de tren. La hab muy calurosa no tiene ventilador ni aire acondicionado, ni ponen jabón / shampoo para bañarse.

Amazing staff

It was cheap and location was good, and the room facilities were adequate. But the communal kitchen was filthy. And the service was pretty average too. Lots of guests checking in early in the morning and disturbing the sleep but I guess that's hostel life.
