Very nice place to stay. Quite cheap and close to the beach but also has a rooftop pool overlooking the city. Thanh and Boi were very kind at the front desk and helped check us in and provided us with free bottled water. Overall, very nice place to stay. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful; friendly stuff. They helped us arrange the trip to Ha Long Bay, took care for our luggage during the trip. They offer airport shuttles. Breakfast was tasty (there are always hot meals available) and is served from early hours so you can eat before your trip. Hotel is close to tourist center. Rooms are fine.

The staff was really kind, and the hotel was close to all attractions. Also, Halong bay tour that I booked from this hotel was awesome. They also helped us with our Grab app the night of and helped with places to eat!

They were easy to communicate with and I was easily able to arrange my airport pick up via email. It was also affordable. Staff there also speak great English so no issues with communication. Breakfast was the best but there was a great variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The property was clean in a great location, it was walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were all so friendly and willing to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were so accommodating and helped me get a sim card, book tours and taxis and gave me lots of great recommendations for food. The tour they organised for me was also one of the best that I have ever been to so would recommend that too!
