Hanoi Charming House

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

It was not worth it for the price. The room was dirty and falling appart. The door frames were broken and the door knob too. There was rust everywhere in the bathroom, paint on the floor and many stains on the sheets. Not to mention the AC was not working neither did the fridge and a cockroach ended up in our room. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to kill it for us. On a positive note, the hotel is very well situated.

Honestly this property is in a great location. Though it is shared with a massage parlour downstairs so they stress being as quiet as possible. The air conditioner was not working while I was there and it seemed the staff sort of ignored it when I brought it up (not a big deal I can live without for a couple nights). The room wasn’t very clean when I checked in. And there didn’t seem to be any cleaning done while I was away for the day. Just my honest feedback. Great location, not so much a nice place. Though I would stay again if the air conditioner was fixed 🙃

AC was phenomenal. The place was a bit older but it was in walking distance of everything and the staff were incredible

Very old, run down room. I arrived 11pm, and saw the room, almost cried. Not much choice late night…the bed was ok, the air conditioning working well. Location very good. Solo women traveler ok for the very small room.

Requested transportation from the airport, got a message taxi pick up available just give flight info, after giving info no response from hotel and phone number didn't work. No one working from desk at check in and wanted cash no credit card. Room was okay, had electric kettle, cups but no water, coffee or tea. No restaurant or free breakfast as advertised. No staff at desk when I checked out in the morning. Renting rooms is a side business for the massage parlor. Poorly run I might add.

Old, dated

Good location, easy to walk to a lot of interesting things. However, my room was constantly damp. All my things would always be a little bit wet after the first night. Also, the sink would leak a lot of water onto the bathroom floor whenever I used it. Thankfully, the shower had hot water.

The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The rooms were very small and overall very run down. Mould was present on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter which some people may like. I would not stay again.
