This is not a 4 star hotel. Room not clean. Hair on bed and table desk broken. Fridge broken and it doesn’t work. Very dirty. Bad experience. Happy to provide proof. I was told by the front of house manager Igor. That he found me another hotel. I went by metro to check it out and I came back to Moods hotel. To confirm everything with Igor. He said I need to pay extra. Terrible. I won’t use them again and I am seeking compensation as I was mislead with reviews. This is not 4 star boutique hotel.

Not a great location, not close to anything. Room a little worn out, peeling wallpaper. The only room they had for us was 2 floors, so we had to go down metal stairs to use the bathroom. Very hot and AC wouldnt stay on. Disappointing.

This was a good value, clean and modern hotel near the old town. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable .

Overall appearance was very good. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast options were good but not great. Only one coffee/hot water machine made for long waits while other guests worked out what they needed. Our room was a strange shape. Power outlets were all on one side of the bed. The big problem was that the room window was looking directly into the dinning area. Felt very intrusive if we had the curtains open.

Disappointed in the bar, it was only a few shelv s behind the breakfast bar! Should not be discribed as a bar as we thought we could go and have a drink and sit in some comfy. Area in the evening!! Unfortunately this was not how it was!!
