The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were given the room closest to the entrance so unfortunately we heard people coming and going regularly through the sliding door. This was very annoying. There is also the noise from the railway line nearby but wasn’t too bad.
The room we got was a little unexpected as it was wheelchair suitable or for someone in an aged care home. The bathroom was fully accessible for a wheelchair and the shower area had a fold down bench seat. There wasn’t any large area to put clothes or toiletries and the toilet seat had no lid. I would have preferred a room with a table and chairs to eat breakfast and a shower without the shower curtain.
The complimentary banana bread and pod coffee in the communal space was appreciated. I would have liked some butter for the banana bread though.

Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it!
