We had a wonderful stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah and were extremely impressed with the overall experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short and convenient distance from the Haram. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. All the hotel facilities and services were of a very high standard, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Anjum Hotel provided an outstanding experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality and service!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The highlight of our stay was the spectacular breakfast buffet, which offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day. They have an amazing chef from Pakistan , forgot his name we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel Specially Zohar uddin service was superb in breakfast time..

Excellent location close to the Haram. Breakfast was good but had no desi options which is understandable given the location. One thing to keep in mind is that since it is a big and popular hotel when it is busy you could feel the effect of the crowd more than if you were in a smaller five star hotel.

Anjum hotel is what I call a home away from home. The atmosphere/ the decor has a peaceful vibe. The staff where respectful, and helpful when I needed it. I ended up extending my stay and plan to come back again.

The hotel said they hadn't received Expedia's payment and made me make a second payment upon arrival. The following day they acknowledged receipt of Expedia's payment and said I would be refunded my payment within 21 days. It is now 38 days and I've received no refund. The breakfast was recycled from the previous days' uneaten food.
