New Hotel Roblin La Madeleine

Awesome! Roman is wonderful!

The hotel is lovely. This was our second time at this hotel. The location is great too; just a few blocks from the Opera house and lots of shops and cafes.

Hotel Was Beautiful, need better cooler system, Excellent location, Staff was Nice, a little of confusion with the rooms

The breakfast was poor. Once some of the food was finished the staff didn't refill it. The room was not so clean. I checked in late evening and realised that the shampoo and the soap were totally empty. For such a price i would have expected to get more.

Wonderful stay - I will make sure I will stay there next time I visit Paris.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Safety is a significant issue. Two young women in their 20s were knocking on our door in the middle of the night and would not announce themselves. They did this multiple times. Our room phone was not working so I called the front from my cell. I reported this to the front desk who then said the women accused me knocking on THEIR door. they also said I was disturbing their sleep yet they were fully dressed and I was in pajamas. I asked the police be called and review the security footage. At my age, and my elderly mother’s age, to have screaming match with two young, strange women is asinine and dangerous. Police should have been called and the security cameras reviewed. It’s my opinion they were looking to rob someone or God knows what else.
