There is a check in time hour, but the owner lives there so we were able to check in a little after the time range stated on the listing. Very nice owner. Great breakfast. Mainly sweets. Very close to the airport. Free street parking. Lots of space available. Overall was a great place to stay.

Rooms VERY clean, but A/C not quite powerful enough in the heatwave. It is an old building with lots of character and staff very helpful

A very beautiful and peaceful property with an amazing host. My room was very cozy and I was grateful to have air conditioning on my last day in Italy!

Pleasant and very quiet. Host very accommodating. Interesting setting and historical. Refrigerator in room which was nice. Had a Kitchenette but no supplies to utilize it.

Very nice little B&B. Only negative was we were charged a 12 euro "city tax" upon arrival, which was a suprise. I would have expected all taxes, etc. to have been included in the hotels.com charges, but this is not the firet time we've experienced something like this when traveling abroad. We had no way of verifying the validity of this charge, but the owners of the B&B seemed on the up and up so we assume it was valid.

This is a wonderful old guest house/hotel about 20 minutes from the airport by Uber. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Silent. And within a ten minute walk to Ostia Antica park, the ancient port city of Rome. Accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended A +++

This was an excellent option for us for our last night in Rome. It was close to the airport and impeccably clean. Parking was easy and breakfast was good. The traffic getting to the airport in the mornings and the evenings is very heavy so important to allow time for that.
