We love the Upper House and look forward to every visit. Our room with dual aspect at the front of the house was lovely, comfortable, and spotless. The fan was a welcome addition to the room considering the heat that week. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of options on the menu and laid out on the tables. The food at dinner wasn't quite up to their usual standard which was a little disappointing considering the high cost per meal. Plenty of available parking. A wedding was celebrated one night, but we couldn't hear any noise once we were inside our room. We enjoyed our after-dinner walk around the beautiful grounds and admired the view. Overall, a very pleasant stay - we will be back!

Stayed here previously, rooms okay, they are small and could do with a facelift and makeover. I find the corridors to get to bars, function room restaurants, toilets are difficult to manoeuvre. Staff generally polite relaxed and laid back, no rushing anything here. Restaurant whether breakfast or dinner is always very slow,Food quality is just okay nothing particularly spectacular nor impressive. probably wouldn’t be staying here again anytime soon.

Nice clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy and free. We stayed in a standard room which wasn’t accessible so watch for that when booking.
