Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. They accommodated my request to check-in late and also gave me a room near the lift as I was recovering from ankle surgery. Though they forget to get me my pre-ordered breakfast to go pack when I checked out. There was no instructions on how to switch the language settings on the TV from Polish to English, which I gave up after trying for 30mins. I also wished there was an option of room service for food or even hot drinks at night. Thanks Christina

If you are coming to Warsaw, Poland for the first time, this is the place to go. The free breakfast was spectacular, you can save up on food for lunch.
