I had an incredible 6-day stay here! The standout feature is definitely the staff. They are exceptionally helpful, warm, and went above and beyond every single day. Another massive plus is the fantastic on-premises onsen. It was immaculate, deeply relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. The service, facilities, and overall experience were flawless. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back!

Convenient location very near JR Akihabara and Tokyo Metro Hibiya line (you don't need to cross the street for this one). You would be able to get to a place like Shinjuku very easily via these lines.
Staff were friendly and the place was modern / well kept. I would stay here again.
My only feedback to improve is perhaps some softer pillows.
