The stuff, a lady at the front desk, especially at our checkout the next morning is very rude! Looks like she cannot be bothered to be courteous. The hotel room is okay, kind of small. The location is good.

I stayed in this hotel every time I visited Beijing, So it has come to feel like a home away from home. I liked that the hotel has a simple, clean and comfortable style. I want to especially thank a hotel staff named Mango. He was very sweet and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway from the hotel basement, making it easy to get around . Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Staff were good if a bit clinical in general. But a very nice touch - a birthday cake was delivered to our room because they noticed we had a birthday in our group! (Likely due to guest registration details.) Room itself was superb - good fit-out, good condition, and faultless air-con and shower. Gym was the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere in the world! Good range of equipment, well-maintained. Only negative was the swimming pool - it wasn't in the best shape and could do with a freshen up.
