Beautiful hotel, fantastic location right in the middle of everything room was beautiful and extremely comfortable air-conditioning system was responsive and quiet.
The painted ceiling frescoes were fun to have in the room made it feel like you were in Florence.
Breakfast was very good very simple great coffee
My only suggestion is to give you replacement water each night. You’re staying there for the price for paying they can afford to give you a bottle of steel each night instead of just the one bottle when you check in.

We wanted a hotel in the heart of the Florence historic area, and this was perfect. It was a ten minute walk to anything you would want to see. There are plenty of dining options in the area.
The staff was very helpful and spoke exellent English. The breakfast was exellent.
If your plan is to visit historic Florence this is the place to stay
