We tried to make an adjustment to the reservation and the hotel was not accommodating. Pretty sad and not helpful

Overall very clean dated hotel, compared with next door hotel around the corner this its way better. Will recommend to stay here if you ok with dated decoration.

Great location, clean rooms, 24-hour staff at the front desk. Located near restaurants and easy walk to the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica and local attractions. Our room was on the street and it was loud until about 2 am (bar across the street). The beds were old (we were sleeping in divots with a large hump in the middle).
