Ich hatte ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gesucht und anscheinend bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst, dass mein gebuchtes Zimmer anscheinend keine hat. Teilweise sind die Zimmer dort mit Klimaanlage. Lage ist sehr gut.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Checked in, dropped my stuff in my room and left for multiple hours and came back to our door being left completely wide open as far as it could go, left instantly as we felt unsafe staying in a place that couldn’t keep a door safely closed. There was no one at the front desk when we left and every message about getting a refund for a room that was unsafe and never used is going completely unanswered.

The hotel was expensive but there was no value for money. It’s extremely hot during summer and the hotel does not provide AC, the fan is not sufficient. The staff are also not very friendly,I didn’t enjoy the stay

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Housekeeping came to clean the room at 5:22 PM. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and I’ve never experienced room cleaning that late in the day. On top of that, the staff at reception were unwelcoming no smile, no How can I help you? and employees were constantly standing around talking instead of assisting guests.
A hotel experience starts with hospitality, and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Really good for the price we paid . Sstaff nice except the old lady that work in the night shift that . She was trying to push out of the room even though we explained to her show her that we have it another reservation
