We had such a great stay at the SBI. The property is beautiful, our room was a great size and very very nice, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more for your stay in Santa Barbara.

This is one of the most charming boutique hotels we have stayed in in a long time. The property, customer service, the location, the comfort of the room, the restaurant....... everything was top notch!

I loved the location on east beach but even better was the cozy vibe and the superb staff. There’s a very good restaurant on property also. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We didn't pay for an ocean view, but still received a wonderful view of the mountains and Santa Barbara neighborhood. Room was clean, decorated well and we appreciated the complimentary waters after a long drive. We did not use the valet parking, and we were able to find street parking behind the hotel each day. We liked the location of the hotel, right on the beach and not too far from downtown.

Eric in restaurant great service. Hotel great location and staff friendly. Beware of the tar on the beach, never experienced that before. Can't go wrong with this hotel.
