Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends.

Room was comfortable and clean, however the shower was dangerously small and slippery. Also the step into the shower and also into the room itself maybe should be marked as I almost fell. The price of the parking was a bit over the top, ut we did appreciate that we had safe parking. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Thank you

Very quiet - only heard birds chirping in the morning. Felt safe to explore nearby Lygon Street at night. The nicely updated room was spacious and cosy, and I slept through the night on the comfortable bed. Will stay here again.

We arrived extremely late for check-in and Arun went exceptionally wonderful, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was safe and he expressed his gratitude. The room was cozy and very clean, the bed was so comfy that my son loved it. We were so happy with our stay and it was so close to restaurants and shops. Will be back again 😍
