සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Some staff were rude and unhelpful, including a member of the housekeeping staff who tried to rush us out of our room and hour before check out and a receptionist who was very condescending when I went down to request a new hairdryer as the one in our room was broken (and 2 years overdue a PAT certificate). Dirt, fluff and rubbish under the bed. Breakfast was decent and the lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely. Hotels.com and the hotel need to make pay at the property clearer as it automatically charged my card which wasn't the one I wanted to use and then staff were very unhelpful explaining this until my partner came to reception with me. For nearly £300 a night I would expect to be treated as less of an inconvenience.

My family ordered Pizza , steak and ale pie and a curry and you could tell it was cheap stuff from some local supermarket, yet charged high price. Room was very basic for the price . Bar open 24 hrs which was nice and staff were excellent. Simon on the desk was very helpfull and professional .
