I was disappointed with my stay at Parc 55. The check-in experience got things off to a poor start. I had requested a room on the 9th floor, but instead I was assigned an accessible room, even though there were clearly other standard rooms available. My friends checked in right after me around 3:00 p.m. and were given better rooms, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Unfortunately, the problems continued throughout my stay. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when I checked in, and housekeeping never serviced it during my stay. I had to argue with the housekeeping staff before the issue was finally addressed.
The room itself also had several maintenance issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cold when I arrived and never maintained a proper temperature. The air vents wouldn’t stay open, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room, making it uncomfortable.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. Between the poor room assignment, lack of housekeeping, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance issues, I expected a much better experience from this hotel.
