Exceptional property on the Jeddah waterfront with great amenities and warm staff! I would recommend this property for your trip to Jeddah. The rooftop pool and breakfast are two highlights of this hotel! Both are superb ☺️

Great location and very clean hotel. However, the receptionist was rude, did not speak English well, and was unprofessional for a 5-star hotel. Pool service was poor no menu available, and it took almost 45 minutes to receive one. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so attentive. The room was so comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job. The rooftop is definitely a highlight of staying here. Having a drink and watching the sunset over the Red Sea is a memorable experience.
