The room had mold and we had to request new blankets twice and be moved to a new room because the blankets had visible blood stains and hair in the bed. Paid for breakfast but server grilled us before serving as if we weren't guest there. There was also a weird oder in the lobby and rooms l

Room was large and price was better than others in the area. Room felt kinda grungy but was manageable for the price but the next morning as I was brush my teeth I found what was the most roach a roach can be on the wall. We left immediately and won’t return.

Excellent hotel staff was very friendly smelt very clean walking into the lobby!!! Would definitely return Carl was very helpful!

Great location for a graduation event. Although the property is dated, there is a valued effort to keep it in line with the brand. Clean rooms and easy access. Convenient and great value.

the room was very musty and damp. I am not sure if the AC was not removing the moisture from the room, or is this just how Galveston is. Carl at the front desk was awesome.
