Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby

I would stay here again, mainly because of the staff. The managers at this hotel were impeccable. For someone that travels every month and lives out of a suitcase, this team was beyond attentive and hospitable. I checked in close to midnight, and the gentleman behind the desk already allotted me for a late checkout for my last day (due to flights). He was so helpful and understanding. It didn't stop there. I needed coffee during the day (as the Bistro shop was closed); but one of the managers of the hotel WENT OUT OF HER WAY to make me coffee EACH DAY!!!! She wouldn't even allow me to pay or tip. I was speechless beyond words. Her name escapes me; but the sweetest blonde manager you could ever come in counter with. She was lovely; and I only wish her the most success in life. She was worth the stay!!!! -Jordyn

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my visit, I spotted five cockroaches in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. A hotel room should feel clean and safe, but this experience made it difficult to relax or enjoy my stay. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses pest control and sanitation immediately. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others.
