My stay at The Charm was pleasant. Great location near the sea, but away from the chaos/noise of The Lanes and the busier parts of the Brighton seafront.
Room amenities were good, including hot drinks making facilities and an ironing board/iron. Breakfast area and selection of food was also good, so no complaints there.
my only complaint was the size of the room itself; possible the smallest 'Luxury Double Room' I have stayed in. Also, the layout of the room was not ideal, as the TV was mounted on a side wall, making viewing a little awkward. Can't be helped of course, but I was disappointed with the lack of 'Luxury' in the room, despite the name.
All in all though, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The room also had a waterdrop water filter, vacuum robot and large dehumidifier. The dehumidifier did stop working sometimes but was not a major issue. The AC worked very well. There was plenty of toilet paper provided and did not need to ask. Both the room and toilet were clean. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

The property is very nice but the people made out stay amazing. They explained things clearly, were helpful with every request, and were genuinely kind and thoughtful. We will stay ant the Charm hotel in Brighton again.
