The staff were all very helpful when I had issues with the shower in my room. The breakfast oats/granola is epic!

It's in a good location for exploring Liverpool. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel great location

The room was clean. The staff (especially the reception staff and the restaurant staff) were very helpful and polite. The hotel has good parking facilities. There is a good choice of meals.

Overall the staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough for you (apart from one area who i'll cover seperately). They were polite and cheery and a real credit to the hotel. However, standards in this hotel don't shout 4 star to me and the room was definitely not worth the cost The carpet in my room had a lump in it and needs to be relayed. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together rather than a single bed. They weren't even of the same height so you rolled up/down between them in the night. If you can't offer a king bed don't offer it as a sales point, this was just embarrassing and means i'd avoid the company from now on. A really strange thing - there was no pen in the room, it'd have called down to ask if I could borrow one but the phone didn't work Finally I tried twice to a pimms in the bar. The lady serving turned round, looked straight at the bottle of pimms on the shelf and told me they didn't serve it. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. I've never stayed with IHG before and won't be doing it again if this is the level of service they deem as acceptable

Perfect location, lovely hotel, friendly staff and parking. The perfect hotel to stay for a trip to a fantastic city

This hotel is in a great location right on the docks of Liverpool, excellent hotel and lovely rooms. Great staff who are very helpful. Parking is great, but I think the price is a bit expensive for customers who are staying,
