Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay.
When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing.
The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused.
This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through.
I would not recommend this place.

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating.
No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system.
Much better hotels for similar money.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......
