Clean rooms, beautiful view, and right in downtown Sedona. Parking was a little tight, but overall a great stay.

Rooms, breakfast, balcony, and staff were all great. Enjoyed the pool and evening view from our balcony. The only drawback to this property is the lack of parking. There was an extra parking charge per day. Parking was not easily accessible.

I enjoyed that we could use the amenities of the Arroyo Roble resort while staying at the Best Western. After a hike, it was wonderful to cool off in the pool, and then relax my muscles in the spa and dry sauna. There is access to Oak Creek is you’d like to swim there instead of the pool. It is also nice to sit and listen to the creek. Will only stay at this hotel when in Sedona.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff all around were less than helpful, not friendly and overall very little hospitality focused. It’s too bad because the location and amenities were solid
