I had lost my wallet and laptop on a bus I took to get to Nha Trang (that's what happens when the driver wakes you up and rushes you out of the bus) and the hotel staff was helpful in talking to the bus company. Got all my stuff back. Then I was able to really enjoy my stay. i loved my room (ocean view) and the food was AMAZING!!! I would come back here again if I visit Nha Trang again.

We asked for and got a quite room on a higher floor. We had a Senior Double, Ocean View. The room was not large but sufficient for 3 days. The view was wonderful, with full wall windows. The desk staff were very helpful. The food staff could use some assertiveness training, many of the guests were Russian and one woman was observed tasting the sauce with the serving spoon and returning it to the bowl. The breakfast buffet (included) was extensive although the quality of the food was only a medium standard and staff had difficulty keeping up the food with so many guests. We paid $100 USD for three nights. Would stay again.

The service from staff was very good. However, the room had an odd smell to it, the towels had stains on it, and the breakfast was below average. The dining area didn’t have enough seats for the guests so you can’t even have your own table to eat. The description of the room I paid for said top floor which was misleading, I was on 18th floor when there are 25 floors (not a big difference but I did hear noise upstairs and the view is different and more obstructed). At the price point I paid, I expected better.

Everything was excellent at all levels. For a 4 stars hotel you can’t go wrong. I would like to see more of a variety fruits at breakfast time. Great location! Highly recommend.
