Excellent

Breakfast was good, but busy. The only negative is No Late Check Out! For every hour ur late to check out its $20 a hour. They came to my room right a 1103am and then another person came at 1115am. They r racking up the $20 bills!!! This was a first for me. Also u have to pay for parking, even though it's self park. The description is poor about extra fees. I would not return.

I really enjoyed my 8 hour stayed in this beautiful hotel..I highly recommend it 💖

Clean room

AC shows 66 but thermostat shows different temp in room Hallway seem to have no AC, at least on the 2nd floor Apparently 9pm quiet time doesn't pertain to the pool area and loud music being played until after 11 which you can hear in the rooms. Low water pressure in shower and shower head seems to need cleaned. 2 of the shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower were broken People "smoking recreational stuff" around the building all times of the day Did not see any security around at all The annoying concierge people coming around while eating breakfast daily We called and asked for more bath towels, thry cleaned room but didn't bring extra towels like asked Transportation did not go to all theme parks Refrigerator did not make anything cold. Some button on the inside of the fridge seems to have to be pushed every 2 hours. Called the front desk 5 times with nobody ever answering. Especially when our food was delivered without notification and sat at the front desk with 5 workers standing around for 45 minutes Luggage carts were falling apart Side doors to the inside (needing a room key to open) seemed to always be unlocked

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient to the theme parks. Hotel was clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Great location, close to Disney. The hotel was clean, pool was perfect, and breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms carpet was damp, there is to much humidity in the rooms and the shower door was letting water out and soaked the bathroom floor

The air conditioning is not cooling properly, and the refrigerator is also not functioning. I reported both issues to the staff member at the front desk who checked us into our room, and a technician was sent to inspect them. However, the technician informed us that this was "normal," which is unacceptable. In addition, the carpets in the hallway have a terrible odor that is extremely unpleasant. My question is: why is there such a lack of respect for your guests? From the short time I have spent here, it is clear that this is a very busy hotel with a high volume of guests, which indicates that the hotel generates significant revenue. Given that, I would expect a much higher standard of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.
