Classic Hotel Harmonie

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The room was close to the train station. It was clean. Staff friendly. The room was a bit warm.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing. It was advertised to have AC. The room’s AC was broken, when called the front desk the first person I talked to said “yeah some of the rooms AC doesn’t work”. I had to call for a room change 4 times before someone helped us.

This hotel is not right in the centre of things. It says it's 10 minutes from the cathedral. But there are very few shops or restaurants close to the hotel either. We were there during the heatwave. This meant the walk felt further, just to buy a bottle of water. The hotel only serves a buffet breakfast. You can't buy any other food or snacks here either. There are no facilities in the rooms to make a drink. There is a bar, which we sat at. But there was loud music being played and no air conditioning. There was no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms either. We checked out early and moved to another hotel closer to amenities and it was much better. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was walking distance to the train station, to the cathedral Kolner Dom (which was the highlight of our stay!) and to St. Ursula’s church. We happened to visit on a holiday weekend, so the hotel and city were very busy. It also happened to be very hot, so we needed to have our window open which proved problematic due to a little courtyard just outside where people smoked and talked loudly into the wee hours of the morning. The staff were helpful and understanding and took care of the problem for us. The hotel breakfast was very nice. That said, the shower temperature was tepid, there was nowhere to set shampoo or soap or hang towels, and our room phone didn’t work. So, I definitely think there are some improvements to be made.

Very nice hotel. Big spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is really good for the price. It is 8 minutes on foot to the train station, it is clean, it has AC and the room is nice. The room is a little bit small through.

Good location. Very clean and very quiet. Only real down side was room refrigerator did not work and front desk worker had to do double duty as bartender.

Clean room, slightly unusual configuration with corners, good ventilation space in bathroom and shower. Interesting decor and nice reception area and seating. Tea making facilities in the room would be a bonus, but this is not so common in Germany.
