We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Ascott Gurney Penang. The hotel offers great amenities, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food choices each morning. We would especially like to recognize Sity and Jensen at the restaurant. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication to their work really stood out. You can clearly see the pride they take in providing excellent service, even while working very hard during the busy breakfast hours. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such an enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Penang.

Spacious rooms, excellent location and functionality.. Nothing spectacular, but everything avaliable and walking distance for everything. Grab to everywhere is less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended if you want to be in Georgetown

Very nice hotel in good position, a quick Grab to central Georgetown & easy access to the rest of the Island. Breakfast, bar snacks very good. Staff unfailingly polite, helpful & friendly
