There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects.

I have to wait for an hour and I have to ask them is the room ready or not, and then they make the call and said the room is ready. Not professional for a 5 stars location and no elevator for some location.

Great staffs!! Over all very disappointed with the place! 1) no access to the beach 2) noisy neighbor, they played super loud club music at 7:00AM, no management, lol. 3) rooms are a little bit run down 4) noisy motorbikes/trucks running behind our property and loud speaker playing… 2-3 times/day Tried something new but definitely not coming back.

Very modern town house units. Great resort if you’re a golfer. This resort property is isolated and very large which would require calling for a hitrl electric golf cart to get around including getting to the hotel lobby for breakfast or lunch… Far away from Cam ranh city than it looks on the map. If there is no taxi already there, calling for one may take 10-15 mins.
