Professional and very helpful staff is all areas. Breakfast was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Easy access to Lake Taupo and sights.

I liked the amenities that were on hand, staff were friendly the only gripe is that the room I had to share was small but that was due to booking availability. Otherwise I am satisfied with my stay and will most likely stay again.

The bedroom was very tired, chipped walls, a large chunk out of the plaster on the corner. Seemed to be dirt and dust under the glass on the desk. Dirty/dust where the carper meets the mini bar cupboard. Great underground carp park for a fee but worth it to charge my EV.
