Nice room, comfy bed, room for laptop, comfy chairs. Loved the big workout gym which looked brand new. Also enjoyed the swanky sports lounge on the lower level. Would definitely stay again.

Restrutant should have had more staff on Monday morning with so many people checking out…..possibly were related to the many coming in for the parade.

The Benson is a beautiful property right in downtown Portland. The staff was wonderful during our stay — very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

The Benson is a classic. The lobby bar and restaurant is beautiful and the staff are always excellent. I had dinner in the English pub downstairs and it was a great place to eat and relax. The hotel is in a perfect location for all the sights of Portland. Highly recommend!

Hotel is lovely and rooms have been modernized. They need to upgrade the TV’s- standard cable without the ability to access your personal Netflix, Amazon which was disappointing.

We had a great experience at the benson. It was perfectly located down town close to all our favorite restaurants and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean
